Embodied Dharma: Mindful Yoga and Meditation (4-week online series)

Anne Cushman, Rolf Gates, and Djuna Devereaux

This four-week online series invites you to experience Dharma as fully embodied practice. We’ll weave together Buddhist wisdom teachings, meditation, yoga asana, pranayama, and somatic movement as one integrated path to awakening. Your guides are lead teachers from Spirit Rock’s yearlong Dharma Yoga Mindfulness Training, each with decades of experience.

Our weekly practice sessions will be gentle, accessible, and trauma-informed, honoring each person’s unique relationship with their body. You will learn powerful practical tools for nervous system regulation to cultivate grounded presence in your daily life. We will flow mindfully between movement and meditation, discovering how the body is at the heart of the Dharma path.

This series offers structured support for deepening personal practice while nurturing authentic connection within our online saṅgha. Whether you’re new to these teachings or seeking to deepen practice, you’ll find a welcoming space to explore Dharma as a way of living, moving, and being.

Online Only: We are offering this program online via Zoom.

Class dates are: January 23, January 30, February 6, February 13; all classes are held on Fridays from 9:00am-10:30am US Pacific Time.
