This package includes 4 live classes. During the last two weeks of February, I'll be on a silent meditation retreat, so you'll receive a complimentary pre-recorded series instead of live classes during that time.
support to release: balancing the hips

The key to releasing tight hip flexors often lies in strengthening what's behind them. In this class, we'll explore how building strength in your glutes, outer hips, and hamstrings supports pelvic balance—naturally allowing your hip flexors to let go. We will combine strengthening work with gentle opening through the entire front body and explore how stress and overwhelm can manifest as hip flexor tension.
Stable and Spacious: Releasing Your Back Body
Thursday, February 5th
8:00–9:00 a.m. PST
Build stability while opening spaciousness from your feet to your skull in this full-body practice. We'll engage and release the posterior chain—calves, hamstrings, glutes, back muscles, and neck—with somatic movement and asanas. We will explore how inhabiting the back body can support calm and clarity.
