This mindful practice supports your capacity to recognize your body's signals, give them space to be present, and tend to them through movement, breath, and awareness. Drawing on somatic therapy techniques woven into a dynamic asana sequence, we'll attune to the nervous system's messages — for clarity, balance, and resilience. Our Dharma theme explores equanimity.

Hips: Stability & Mobility in Motion
