Root Support: Mula Bandha

Tone and stabilize the pelvic floor,  sacrum, and hips joints via the feet, inner legs, and gluteal muscles. This skillful practice of mula bandha is therapeutic for spinal stability and the health of the pelvic organs including the uterus, bladder, colon, and prostate.

Engage and Uplift: Uddiyana Bandha

Likened to a bird flying upward, uddiyana bandha brings lightness and lift to the deepest core muscles and abdominal organs—therapeutic for balanced digestion, kidney/adrenal health, and expansive breathing. Jalandhara bandha will be woven into this sequence.
