Restore the body’s natural rhythms through somatic movement—gentle rocking and unwinding movements that release habitual tension, calm the senses, and soothe the nervous system.

Release and Rebalance: Hip Flexors, Hamstrings, and Side Body

Thursday, March 26th

The key to releasing tight hip flexors often lies in balancing the posterior chain, side body, and deep core. In this class, we'll build strength and mobility around the pelvis, lengthen the side body, and release the psoas — while exploring how the stress we carry can manifest as deep tension in the hips.
