Embodied Refuge: A Daylong Yoga and Meditation Retreat

  • Bow Sanctuary 3533 Chuckanut Drive Bow, WA, 98232 United States (map)

When stress and uncertainty arise, where does your mind habitually go? How does it resonate in your heart and manifest in your body? In these unpredictable times, cultivating an inner, embodied refuge can ease suffering, build resilience, and support wise, compassionate responses.

This daylong retreat offers a deeply nourishing experience, weaving together somatic movement, dynamic and restorative yoga, silent meditation, Dharma teachings, and the healing presence of nature. Through these practices, we will explore a direct, felt sense of true refuge—grounded in the body, rooted in awareness, and supported by community.

This retreat is designed for individuals with prior yoga experience who are looking to reinspire their yoga practice and connect with the profound healing power of the Dharma.
