In this session, we’ll explore how conscious awareness of breath rhythm can deeply support nervous system balance and overall well-being. This session will offer somatic movements and asanas to release the ribs, diaphragm, and lungs for full spacious breathing, along with two essential pranayamas to balance—both energize and calm—the nervous system.
