Calming the Belly Brain
Through somatic movement, bolster work, and gentle standing and seated twists, we will bring ease to the deep belly, release the low back, and expand the breath. We will conclude with a pranayama technique that is supportive during times of stress or sleeplessness.s. (Available through January 25th).
Stability and Ease: Releasing the Pelvis and Jaw
Unwind stress held deep in the pelvis and jaw by building stability in the hips and core while consciously releasing the pelvic floor and interior jaw muscles. Through mindful movement, we'll explore how grounding through our foundation allows greater ease in areas we habitually grip. Our Dharma theme explores mindfulness of the body.
