The Art of Resilience: A Three Class Series

Many of us find ourselves stuck in survival mode, where resilience is simply pushing through or getting back up when we’re exhausted. But true resilience arises from something deeper: embodied strength, learning and adapting creatively, and balancing engagement with rest. This three class series explores the three core dimensions of resilience through somatic movement, asana, and pranayama.

Strength is Nourishing: Hips, Core, and Shoulders

Strength is nourishing—feeling strong in our bodies supports our ability to meet what arises in our lives. Build strength in the hips, core, and posterior shoulders in a progressive sequence designed to support all bodies. (Available through December 7th).

Tending Your Life Force: Engagement and Rest

Rest is essential for resilience, and many of us need to deeply engage our bodies before we can rest. Somatic movement and a dynamic asana sequence to engage the whole body will drop us into resting in a restorative pose and pranayama.
(Available through December 7th).

Adapting to Change: Balance and Flow

Building resilience doesn’t always feel good! Yet, when we allow ourselves space and grace in the process of learning and adapting to change we deepen resilience and our ability to embrace uncertainty. This class is a playful sequence full of new movement possibilities, balance poses, and gentle flow.
(Available through December 7th).
