Stability and Ease: Releasing the Pelvis and Jaw
Unwind stress held deep in the pelvis and jaw by building stability in the hips and core while consciously releasing the pelvic floor and interior jaw muscles. Through mindful movement, we'll explore how grounding through our foundation allows greater ease in areas we habitually grip. Our Dharma theme explores mindfulness of the body.
