Build stability while opening spaciousness from your feet to your skull in this full-body practice designed to release tension throughout your entire back body. We'll engage and release the posterior chain—calves, hamstrings, glutes, back muscles, and neck—with somatic movement and asanas. We will explore how inhabiting the back body can support calm and clarity.
