Our daylong will offer dynamic and restorative asana, somatic movement, Dharma teachings, silent meditation, and time in community. Our practices will be accessible to those with prior yoga experience while inviting deeper awareness and understanding of your body within the asanas. Dharma will be woven throughout our movement practices, embodying the wisdom teachings. You will discover inspiration and practices for returning to embodied presence in your daily life, in order to respond to life's uncertainties with wisdom and compassion.
