Wild Rest: A Dharma and Yoga Retreat in Nature

  • Drala Mountain Center 151 Shambhala Way Red Feather Lakes, CO, 80545 United States (map)

Devon Hase, Yong Oh, and Djuna Devereaux

This weeklong vipassana retreat offers a sacred container for rest, renewal, and insight in the wilderness setting of Drala Mountain.

You’ll experience daily sitting and walking meditation, gentle somatic movement, and accessible yoga practices designed to both unwind tension and embody the Dharma. Weather permitting, we’ll practice outdoors on the land, allowing nature itself to become part of our meditation practice.

The retreat emphasizes embodied awareness and attentive presence as pathways to insight, with plenty of time built in for rest and restoration. All meditation and movement sessions are accessible to practitioners of varying abilities.

This retreat welcomes all levels of experience—whether you’re new to meditation or have practiced for years. It’s designed for anyone seeking deep rest, renewal, and connection with themselves, community, and the natural world. If you’re longing to step away from daily demands and tend to your inner life with care and attention, this retreat offers that refuge. No prior experience with meditation or yoga is required.
